A quick-drying, water-based polyurethane varnishIf you need something a little more flexible, which will suffer and absorb the occasional heavy knock without cracking, a varnish might be more suitable. We have a quick-drying, water-based Wipe-On Poly varnish in our range, which can be wiped on with a cloth or applied with a brush if you prefer. More suitable for application by cloth, brush or roller. Dries to a tough, flexible finish ideal for items subject to heavy use.
Available in Gloss or Satin.
Apply over a sealer, ideal for use over Spirit Stains. Apply up to five coats by cloth, or three coats by brush.

Really pleased with this, I tried applying it with a cloth but prefer a foam brush, was a bit worried that it would dry with brush marks but dries quite flat.
The other thing that surprised me was it has great coverage.
Really happy with this Satin Wipe On Poly, just waiting a few days to buff it now.
Next… I need to try the Gloss version

I got the satin wipe on poly to try and it was so easy to use and the result was really good , I have just bought the gloss now
