Delivery Policy

Delivery to England and Wales is £6.00 inc VAT for orders up to £59.99 Orders over £60 are delivered free. (See exclusions below).

Delivery charges to Scotland vary by area. These areas and charges are defined by our carriers, we have no control over them.

The cost charged is based on what we are charged, and is subsidised by us. Orders over £200 will be delivered free.

Delivery cost will be clearly shown during checkout.

The large majority of deliveries are made by courier and will usually need to be signed for at the point of delivery. We can usually arrange for goods to be left in a safe place of your choosing if no-one is in to accept them.
Goods are normally despatched on the same day or the next working day, usually on a 24-hour service, although outlying areas can take up to 72 hours.
(Please note: it is impossible to offer a ‘guaranteed’ next day delivery. Over 95% of parcels arrive on time, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, however they may be caused).

If goods are out of stock you will be advised, at which time you can choose to cancel the missing items or wait for stock to arrive.
We reserve the right to delay despatch for up to 24 hours to allow orders to be despatched complete; if goods will be unavailable for more than 24 hours, we will send the order in two shipments.
